phi-cloud is a stateless proxy — we keep the minimum data needed to run your account. Here is exactly what we hold, how to download it, and how to delete it.

How to export your data

Because phi-cloud stores only a small set of account metadata, your exportable data consists of your email address, account preferences, and API key metadata — all accessible once you are logged in.

Self-serve: Visit your Account Settings in the dashboard. Your current account details are displayed there.

Billing records: Invoices, usage history, and payment methods can be downloaded from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Full export request: Email hello@phi-cloud.com with the subject line “Data export request” and we will respond within 30 days.

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated phi-cloud data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Self-serve: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account and use the “Delete account” section. You will be asked to type your email address to confirm.

What gets deleted: Your Supabase Auth record (email, metadata, API key version) is removed immediately. Issued API keys are immediately invalidated. phi-cloud has no application database, so there are no additional rows to clean up.

What is not deleted by phi-cloud: Stripe retains billing records and invoices as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Upstream AI provider logs are subject to their own retention policies.

Email fallback: If you cannot access the dashboard, email hello@phi-cloud.com with the subject line “Account deletion request” from your registered address.
